Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, including all componentry and protective seals, to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
